Im currently Platinum 1, i peaked D1 in the last act of E4, i was reset back to gold 1 after and climbed back to platinum 1 where i am currently stuck. Im confused though. Im mostly playing in High Silver, Low gold lobbies. rarely getting any other plats on my team. Im also getting quite a few unranked players each game. This late into the act i didnt think many unranked players were left. Is my MMR just that bad? Im consistently fragging and playing my role (initiator, sentinel) and getting what i believe to be at least medium impact kills and plays. My team always loses partly because of me, but also partly because my team is usually toxic, giving up way too early, throwing, screaming, or an e couple being annoying. The other teams almost always feels like they are way too good. Consistently getting players going 25+ Kills, with less than 8 deaths. Meanwhile everyone, including me, on my team cant actually counter it. Its very frustrating playing ranked. Especially since im SoloQ because i have no friends. Am i just that bad? What do i do in this situation? How can i keep a positive mental in my games when all of them are being played with negative mindset teammates? Why is my MMR so low despite me playing my role correctly? Since my role depends on my duelist teammates to capitalize or for me to capitalize. If my duelist teammates are baiting or not performing how can i climb? Is initiator/Sentinel not the play in SoloQ? i need help. im stuck.
