If you don't know how far away you have to be from the bomb, look at your mini-map while running/making noise... Once the bomb symbol is outside your circle you are far enough away from the bomb explosion.

I finally found a way to get toxic players to shut up. Also, other players that don’t stand up for the bullied are just as bad. I’ve probably seen one guy defend a random player from being bullied. So my solution is to just spoil a bunch...
