Silver-low gold is an utter mess. In half my games there is one player on either the enemy team or our team with more than double the kills of the second top fragger. They jiggle peek while headshotting people with ease and play like they are the love child of Jason Bourne and John Wick, flawlessly using their abilities and gunplay to devastate the game.

Why do I even bother to play when I'm just going to be insta-headshot the second a single pixel of this dude's eyebrow appears around a corner, regardless of my position?

I really want to like this game, but constantly being matched against players that are clearly leagues and miles ahead of me is so disheartening and the games are SO LONG so you just have to sit there and bend over for 45 minutes. And no, this isn't someone just having a good game, these are people with clear mechanical skills/movement/peeking far beyond my own.
