Hey, so basically I am a mute and am unable to talk due to issues with my vocal cords and I was wondering how people feel about using text to speech for voice comms.

I was debating on getting something that would allow me to use text to speech in game to give comms without using the text chat since no one reads it usually, I want to get it but I don't know if I would just end up annoying players because they don't like how it sounds or if they would be okay with it in comp or have people be toxic to me because of it

Do you think I should go for it or just not comm at all? (obviously i do pings and stuff like that)
