i want to be better at the game

Valorant is my first fps. I started when neon was released and stopped for maybe 6 months.

I was iron 1 in february and improved my gameplay to hit silver, but I'm always deranking to bronze 3 and rank up back to silver.

I play flash initiators, (but not skye).

Any advice to improve my gameplay more? (my aim is bad and i'm working on it)
