So I have a pretty decent Pc, but any time Viper wall goes up or Raze grenade goes off I drop down to like 90-100 fps instead of my normal 200-220.. are there any tips anyone has to seize this? All of my settings are on low

I've just started playing valorant for around a month and 1 in 5 games, there will be 1 or 2 players who will sabotage our game. I'm talking refusing to defuse the spike, walking around at spawn until all of us die before trying, smoking us...
