Let me give you a situation: You're in a competitive match when your Cypher leaves the game. Someone that hasn't started a game yet could queue up for backfill/replacement for your Cypher, but they have to play as Cypher.

If this were to be a thing, there probably should be a small XP boost to make up for it.
