The idea obviously comes from CS:GO.
There are servers where multiple players play 1vs1 on seperate arenas (small maps with few obstacles). When everyone finish their fight (it takes around 10s) loser goes one position lower in the ladder, the winner goes up. This way everytime we are supposed to face players with same skill, because top players will be at top.
This looks much better than deathmatch where people are constantly spawn-killing or killing you at your back. What do you think?

I tried to just google but it's all pretty overwhelming. Where can I start best? How does it work? I see multiple divisions and such.
