just award people more RR for playing smokes. also add a confirmation window asking "do you really want to pick another controller?" if your team already has one (to prevent multiple people from instalocking).

also im a jett main and i wouldnt mind if my RR gain was reduced as a duelist.

let smokes have more RR gain, less RR loss
have duelist have less RR gain, more RR loss
