I think one of the ways i prefer CS to Valorant is that the casual matches are really lax about the matchmaking; the score doesn't really matter, people are just there to make slav jokes and dick around. I'd much like to see this implemented in Val, even if this theoretical playlist just had non-mmr based matchmaking, in which people could leave and rejoin at will, I, a casual player, would find the game immensely more enjoyable.

How do I improve? Am I stuck because of my team? Or do I need to play more?
I've just started playing comp last act, but I'm kind of stuck on s3/g1. I usually top frag or at least contributing to the team, is my team the reason I'm stuck or do I just need to play more?
