I had this idea the other day, I don't know if this has been talked about (probably has) but I wanted to share it either way.
So, we already have a report system that does it's best to punish toxic players, cheaters, chat abusers, harrasment, etc... BUT what if we had a system that rewards players for good behavior?
Example:
Let's say you solo queue (like I do most times) and you queue up with a team that is super nice and super supportive. They try to help you, they have good communication, they play as a team, and all that sort of stuff. Now, I'm not specifically talking about when you got a player who's playing amazing and got like 30-40 frags in that game. I'm talking about just being geniuenly nice to your teammates and doing your best to help the team.
Sometimes I'm not getting a lot of frags but im trying to give information to my teammates so I can at least help with something because maybe I'm not feeling so confident with my aim but a little bit of emotional support works WAY better than just having some insult me.
In a menu, you can mark the player you want with a thumbs up or something and the reason why they deserve it. That person will also get a notification saying they've been marked for good behavior and MAYBE at the end of the Act they could get specific rewards depending on the amount of "good reviews" they got on the act. Maybe they get in-game currency, or a buddy, or free battlepass for next act, or a sale on a skin they want, I don't know but I feel this would help A LOT on making the game a better place with positive reinforcement.
