Idea for a way to allow players to acquire old gun buddies, player cards, and sprays from previous bundles!

Hello r/VALORANT!

I’m sure this idea would never go through due to principles such as exclusivity, but it definitely is a good way for Riot to make more money and would make a lot of players happy.

So here’s my idea… what if, if a player acquired all of the weapons in a bundle, including the melee, they complete a collection challenge and are given the remaining items from the collection, which are usually the bonuses from purchasing the entire bundle anyways. If you purchase all items individually, outside of the night market if applicable, you end up spending more VP anyways than when you could originally buy the bundle.

For example… the sovereign bundle which was one of the first bundles to come out, costed 7100 VP. Each weapon is 1775, the knife is 3550, buddy is 475, card is 375, and spray is 325.

So if one were to acquire all weapons + knife, that’s already 10,650.

The whole bundles value altogether is 11,825. Even if you get (1,175) worth of extras for free after completing the challenge, Riot would still have profited off of your individual purchases. I feel this a great way for newer players to retrieve all of the items from a bundle that came out before they played. And they could integrate another page within the collection page for these challenges, and you could sort how many weapons you have from each collection, and I think it would be really neat and incline people to spend more money lmao.

What do you guys think?
