Ideas that might improve Harbor

Low Immortal player here and Harbor has the lowest pick ratefor the past few weeks. He's definitely weak but I do think he's viable on maps that replaces viper. Let's talk about his abilities and MY suggestions.

HIGH TIDE - Harbor main ability as well as his smoke. The biggest thing I don't like this ability is the indicator; I can't tell when its ending and how far/long it actually goes especially when I turn it. One idea I propose is make this ability have an indicator like Skye's Flash, or Fade dog because right now I find myself sometime making the wall not long enough. I don't know if its just me but its also too fast to control so maybe lower the speed? to make it more accurate

CASCADE - This ability is extremely underwhelming; it feels like a worse version of Breach Stun. Its both slower than Breach stun and has a less crippling effect (Concuss vs Slow). It does block some vision near the end, I'll give it that but that's not enough to make it extremely reliable and viable. It needs one more effect. If we include the water theme, maybe Agents hit by this ability leave a water trail, or if they're still in the radius of the wave they get stuck/frozen/ extremely slowed for x amount

COVE - The only alternative to Sage wall. Honestly I think this ability is fine but I do think it's quite expensive. 350 for the ability. Majority of the time you would get 2 Cascade > 1 Cove (Unless you need to plant on certain maps). I don't mind this ability but maybe lower the price?

RECKONING - Harbor Ultimate, it's like a delayed/worse version of Breach Ult. I think it's better on defense that Breach Ult however. I think this ability is also fine in its current state.

These are my ideas, do you agree/ suggest other ideas, I would love to hear what everyone thinks.
