Like I don't want to play on another account. I just want to grind my main account without worrying about my rank right now, in the hopes of eventually climbing because I am actually improving. But will the MMR be so destroyed that I will need to play a new account. Or will the results just slowly come?

Question about sens
I use 3200 dpi with 1.1 in game sens. My friends say its too damn high but idk why I cant use anything below that and I feel like the mouse is fighting me. Any suggestions?
