So I've recently hit D1 and found that a lot of the game relies on communication and comboing util with teammates, which makes a lot of my matchmaking experience very team dependant. I can no longer carry games as often, and get frustrated...

Why does not a lot of people use frenzy on pistol rounds? It has a high fire-rate and all, but also the recoil is not the best. But still why do people still not use it?
