Hi guys,

I'm new to the game and the picture below shows my first game ever. I have some background in playing CSGO so I got lucky with some kills. I don't understand why I got matched with Plat and Diamond players. I obviously did bad and bottom fragged the entire match.

I'm now level 8 and I'm still getting matched against golds/plats/diamond players. The game feels so unplayable at this point. I don't want to make a new account since I've already spent money on skins...

Can someone help or at least help me understand what's going on here?

Edit: someone pointed out that this probably is happening because I queued with some plat and diamond friends. In the screenshot though, it was my first game and I was solo q
