I'm switching from a console shooter to VALORANT. That's going to be a bad case of "just get used to it." And getting better requires lots and lots of practice. What's the best thing to focus your improvement on as a newcomer?

Um when we report players is there a chance they can play with us again or are they blocked from playing w u or against you ( i play in plat so the i meet my teammate as opp or teammate again at times) and i dont want to queue with toxic ha...
