I'm switching from a console shooter to VALORANT. That's going to be a bad case of "just get used to it." And getting better requires lots and lots of practice. What's the best thing to focus your improvement on as a newcomer?

Mature contents settings OCE
When is OCE gonna get matures contents option, lets be real seeing blood is kinda useful for wallbangs bc you can see the blood even if u dont get headshot unlike other settings where u dont see bodyshot effects through walls.

Higher elo feels like a job
So hear me out,
Troughout the summer, I grinded my ass off from 0 elo to 460 in immortal, only for my mmr to be +12 -24, i played all my games solo and there was a point were I was being matched with radiants but it quickly went down hill....
