I'm switching from a console shooter to VALORANT. That's going to be a bad case of "just get used to it." And getting better requires lots and lots of practice. What's the best thing to focus your improvement on as a newcomer?

I get alot of Immortal Smurfs in my D2-A1 rank and i demand a replay system soon.
A replay system will DRASTICALLY improve my and many of your gameplays and see what mistakes you made in your matches and what could have been done.
