Riot needs to incentivise that kind of gameplay within the combat score. It makes no sense that they changed Skye's flashes to incentivise teamplay, but if you flash an enemy and give your teammate a kill you get 25 points while they get 300 (150 for first kill and 150 for damage), with that system I won't want to play her.
And you might say "ACS isn't everything, as long as you win it's okay" but ACS is extremely important for getting that sweet RR. I played a game where my duo literally won us rounds just by healing teammates who then got kills and survived on low HP.
Basically, ACS needs to give more weight to proper utility usage if they want it to align with the changes they've made (which, again, I really appreciate).
