I climbed to ascendant from diamond 1 in February MVPing almost 60% of ny games. I played all the roles in this period. But now I'm stuck here since the past month. I can't aim as i did 2 months ago and my reads are not even nearly as good as before. Any advice on improving?

Every agent has to play without abilities but Jett can still float around?
For consistency, Phoenix healing should probably also be restricted but... poor Pheonix...
