Riot had thought of adding a skin/vp gifting system but this would be pretty fricking broken because you could just get free vp on a new account from a drawing and then send the vp to your main like 20 times until you can afford a skin.

The amount of surrendering in unrated is proof people need a shorter unrated match.
No one likes being forced to be in a curb stomped game for 20 minutes, especially that they don't gain anything by trying to win it unlike in competitive. Unrated is really unbalanced due to how people of different skill ranks can queue tog...
