Immortal, Diamond, and Iron in the same competitive match

Tonight me and my friends (Silver/Gold elo) played a super tight comp game and decided to draw because the enemy Kayo was so good. Load out of the match and we see that the enemy team had an immortal, diamond, and iron. How is this even possible?

practice range bots should have a crouch option as well

It's a bit dumb, but crouching is basically my kryptonite lol. I'm unable to microadjust downwards or something, and i don't even know how to practice for that
