Do any of you have any experience playing with lack of sleep vs regular sleep because I have been playing worse recently but getting 2-3 hours less sleep than usual. Does sleep impact performance in game or am I just playing bad?

How do I get over a mental block when ranking up?
Recently I’ve been getting to 98,99 RR and having rank ups in reach, but I eventually end up going on a 5 game losing streak to ruin it. Is there any way to get over this mental block I have that’s preventing me from ranking?
