Riot should have an honor system at the end of the match similar to League where you can pick the teammate who communicated well and contributed to your win. Maybe add a skin you can get from these points or maybe throw in 1-2 extra RR in ranked when you’re picked. This might make people want to communicate more and help to address a pretty common problem of toxicity or 0 communication
