Simple Phoenix Ult Buff
- If the timer runs out and Phoenix is undamaged, he does not return to his ult spot
- Allow Phoenix to press "x" again at any time to end the ult and return to his ult spot
I never really liked how Phoenix's ult allows the person to make...
