After making a post on here just after getting hammered by a cheater yesterday, I've had some discussion with a bunch of other players. I would like to leave some feedback and suggestions to further improve the experience of all players of Valorant.
By introducing a system that reverts your lost elo when a cheater is found and banned in one of your played matches:
FACEIT does this, they introduced it in March of 2017 and it has been a blessing. It works like this;
If, within your 25 most recent games, a cheater is found and banned, you will regain your lost elo from that match.

Imagine being on the brink of a demotion and you come up against a blatant cheater, you know you're losing and there is nothing you can do about it. I envision a lot of players getting disheartened by this and having it ruin their experience with the game.
With FACEIT, whenever I came across a blatant cheater, the most I felt was annoyed because I had to waste 20 minutes being AFK or surrendering the game. Nothing more. I knew I was getting my elo or my league points back. This is a big deal for players who want to climb.
I honestly can't think of any downsides to it, so if you happen to think of any please share. And I'm not quite sure why they only revert within the 25 most recent games, perhaps it would be better to increase that or remove it? I also think punishing people queuing with these cheaters is a must too. Oh, and demo vieweing pretty please ;)
Happy grinding!
