In the Mumbai server, i've been playing from 2 months and finally got out of iron ( by alts i never ranked up from iron 3 ) Got to B2 and 76 RR, and got a few match mvp's. Back on my main determined to rank up to B1 from iron 3 and I carried hard on some games. I am not going to say my teammates were dogshit but it was hard to synergize because our brimstone kept getting revealed by their Sova and our Jett wasn't doing his job.

Win-lose, Win-lose in Iron 3. It's a battle of who has better teammates because Iron is filled with people who are new and people who have been hardstuck in this rank for 2 months. If your MMR is good you might face B3-B2 Players but your team also might have a b3 (Which was our sage) I and our sage and I were trying our best but nothing worked as our brimstone smoked no places Jett literally stayed on B site the entire game while our KJ hold A site 1v2. I did pretty good against their bronze players and entry fragged and blinded as Reyna to go on-site but nobody went with me and i died because of KJ's setup. It's really really hard man.

Solution: just offer iron 3 players a free rankup to b1 ggez.

Here's my placements. ( Got a thrower on KJ match didn't get too tilted because welp what can we do lol ) In my 4 matches played after this 2 were match mvp and 1 team mvp over 20 kills. First bloods never went below 3.

Should i refrain from playing solo q for a few days and let everybody get to the rank they deserve?
