In the higher rank, the aspect that determines a winning team is aim, game sense, and strats. However, in an iron/bronze lobby where any of those aspects basically none existant, what is the aspect that determines a winning team? Except from a smurf presence.

RIOT should add specific map backgrounds during agent selection.
Many new players easily get confused which is bind, ascent or heaven. Would be easier to pick an agent too for a specific map.
