hey , i live in egypt , and i usually get like 100 or so ping in games and when i told someone in valorant my ping was 70 they told me to quit because i wouldnt get better with * high ping * i dont see its a problem at all , but maybe itsbecause im used to it . but can i really not play the game with ping higher than 40?

Is there an elo where people stop pestering teammates about skins?
Just the title basically. In Iron/Bronze it seems like every game there's a 12 y/o boy who will do anything to get your Prime Vandal including inting you when he doesn't get it. Does that ever stop or do I just have to comply??
