Is anyone else losing every comp game they play?

Last act I pushed all the way to around top 1500 NA, strictly soloqueue, but this act I genuinely think I have a 10% win rate. I have played maybe 30 games and won 4. Anyone else getting immensely unlucko?

Ive seen nobody using Wasteland skins

Just wanted to see if I am just unlucky but I played about 15-20 games after the Wasteland skins were released and haven't seen a single player use that skin. Is it that unpopular?
