I currently have a 144hz 1080p monitor thats 24.5" and im going to upgrade to 240hz, is 27" a bad idea? Will the lower resolution at a bigger screen be a disadvantage?

are my bullets 100% accident when slow moving across a Zipline?
I just was playing aimlabs doing the VCT routine and there was a task where your slow zipping on a on icebox and my bullets were accurate. Is this so true in game? Cuz if so I've been playing for a while and did not know this
