The 6.07 Patch Notes introduced Bind and its rework changes back into queue, though only for unrated. So it just me or I'm I crazy because I've played almost 20 unrated games since the update I have not yet come across a single Bind map. Or am I getting something wrong and patch 6.07 is not out yet?

why cypher ult and reyna heal do not work in shooting range ?
i tried spike defuse and spike plant modes in shooting range (training mode) reyna dismiss and heal do not work, cypher ult does not work. skye ult does not work. when will they update ?
