Been playing Chamber a bit and I've compared current Chamber to pre nerf Chamber and yes he's weaker but not unusable and is still offensive while being a good defender with this trap. So do y'all think he's still good? AND if not who's the current top dog?

Ok so I'm pretty sure you can't kill with viper ult but if you look at the kill feed on the last kill the game doesn't even know what I killed him with kind of funny.
