I recently saw a tiktok were Tarik was bashing on some pro team for boosting someone up onto the rock on lotus a site and saying it was a bannable offense. Is this true? I see tons of people do it and never thought it was wrong.

Should I cap my fps?
My monitors refresh rate is 144hz and I have my frames capped at 144. Is that okay or should I have no limit?
