is custom desktop logo bannable?

So long story short I wanna have the same crosshair in valorant as I did in csgo and the outlines in this game don't work. I want to draw my crosshair pixel by pixel and put it on the game using desktop logo

This screenshot was taken on 01.03.2023 so its a bit old, but it was so weird that the upper bar showed 0v10 for the entirety of the game. More fun, we won at the end but the last screen before the match ends showed a "defeat" screen, even...
