a lot of my friends say that cypher is bad, He’s my favorite agent though, so is there an optimal play style for cypher?

What is the best way to DPS down a sage wall?
Assume the situation:
-Defense
-Last person alive in a 1v0
-Sage placed the wall, it gained full HP and then died
-Bomb very close to detonating
-Sage wall is blocking the only path to the bomb(immobile agent)
-Weapon is either Phanto...
