I have noticed in my recent games that nobody is willing to play Cypher. Whenever I have to pick Cypher I get little to none competition as nobody wants to play him and people are asking to not choose cypher.

Why is that? Does Cypher need a buff?

It looks like he does to he when I compare his utility level to killjoy with the only upside being he can leave his site after setting up the traps.
