I have noticed in my recent games that nobody is willing to play Cypher. Whenever I have to pick Cypher I get little to none competition as nobody wants to play him and people are asking to not choose cypher.
Why is that? Does Cypher need a buff?
It looks like he does to he when I compare his utility level to killjoy with the only upside being he can leave his site after setting up the traps.

The (hard) bots in the training range save their guns if they can't defuse the bomb, pretty sick feature if I do say.

Please understand the role of your agent. Too many people pick Reyna or Phoenix for the ability to self heal, and end up lurking or baiting, instead of flashing in and being the first in the fight.
As the title says
I understand that Reyna is a great character to play for frags. Or how its cool to self heal as Phoenix. Same thing with Sage.
However, there is more to those characters than simply taking care of yourself.
