Is it too difficult for the developers to improve the descriptions of skills?

Like to mention how long the duration of an ability is and instead of saying Brimstones beacon gives "RapidFire" why don't you just type a little more text that says what RapidFire does?

Is adding some extra text to the descriptions a complex thing for developers?
