Is there an elo where people stop pestering teammates about skins?

Just the title basically. In Iron/Bronze it seems like every game there's a 12 y/o boy who will do anything to get your Prime Vandal including inting you when he doesn't get it. Does that ever stop or do I just have to comply??

I peaked at immortal 2 in act 1. Now I consistently break even in plat 2. Here's my theory as to why.

If there’s a Viper in my team, are smokes still needed?
