E.g. you reload the vandal and when you see you have 25 bullets again, you equip melee quickly before equipping the vandal again if that makes sense?
Also, is it quicker to use the same approach for an operator shot instead of a vandal reload?
Has anyone timed these?
I believe people have these habits from CSGO where it's faster.

0 RR gained from competitive match?
I recently have gotten into a groove in comp, and have been climbing ranks. Recently though with one of my matches on Ascent, I didn't gain any RR from a competitive win. Is there any reason for this? It would have boosted me up and made it...
