I know I'm gonna get some shit from this, but to justify myself a bit, I'm new to gaming and valorant is my first fps game. my friend is teaching me a bit and he keeps on stressing that I need to work on my flicks, but idk how to control my flicks so I asked if I can work on something else for now. He said flicks are as important as shooting and aiming, so..

There is a very big chance that my teammates won't have a mic

Coming from csgo where everyone has a mic it surprises me the low amount of people that have a mic. I'm stuck at plat 3 and the lack of communication is killing me.
