I stopped playing for almost a month, and when I came back (I did like 20 minutes of aimlabs and 5 deathmatches) it seemed like my ability to microadjust had vanished. I just end up firing right next to the enemy's head, barely missing it. Is this normal?

What is the one thing that really matters if you wanna reach Immortal 1 from Ascendant 1 for the first time ever as a solo q player?
