Is It Normal To Lose Your Ability To Microadjust After Not Playing For A While?

I stopped playing for almost a month, and when I came back (I did like 20 minutes of aimlabs and 5 deathmatches) it seemed like my ability to microadjust had vanished. I just end up firing right next to the enemy's head, barely missing it. Is this normal?

I think knife kills should have a death animation

I mean they r still kills, plus they r expensive af if u buy them separately, I think they should have a custom animation for knife kills and AT LEAST have the finisher for their skin
