I am quite new to the game which is why sorry if I am ignorant in a few aspects. So I was playing an unrated match and in the middle of that game I AFKed because my wifi crashed(which was a rare occurrence) I had to restart it, went back to the match and won the game with no issue. I got penalized which I deserved and I said "no biggie, I am about to do something anyways" and close the game. Later on I tried queuing and it showed me an exact 1 hour cooldown which I was very confused since the last time I played was hours ago so the 1 hour cooldown should be done already. I later on realized that it doesn't start unless I do not queue which made me annoyed a little.

Thoughts?
