Is it just me that wishes that flashes would burn out the retinas of the opposition?

While it is a slight exaggeration, I do think the current flashes are ugly for the receiving end and unsatisfying for the thrower. Especially as a KAY/O main, I wanted the CS:GO flashes that would incinerate the eyes of the enemy. Flashes are supposed to block vision and disorient a player; emphasis on the disorient part. The flashes in VALORANT are just ugly and do not actually feel like flashes, just vision blockers. What I really want is to long-flash a tenz wannabe Reyna/Jett instalocker that plays in complete darkness, sweating buckets in overtime in a silver 3 lobby. With the subtle illumination provided by 5950x RTX 3090 RBG man-handler PC shining upon their Zero-Two/ Rem mousepad, their 4 viewer stream lights up their room on their second 240hz monitor. A flash is cast in B-long on Bind in a 1v1 and for a second the room is lit; a gamma ray bursts through their three monitors that would make god wet from the sheer amount of light that had been let. The room paints itself white momentarily, the ashes of their silhouette dusting the wall behind them. Their Hands cover their eyes in agony, as I whiff 6 shots with a phantom before ending their digital career permanently. Now clinically blind, this poor chap feels their way across a custom designed mechanical keyboard with Japanese characters on each key, despite their lack of Japanese ancestry or necessity of using them, to log on to twitter and complain about the new flash changes. After contributing nothing to society they go to bed, depressed and legally blind. I enjoy my rr increase of 14 and continue to compete, happy while playing VALORANT, a dream many men and women could only desire.

Is this truly too much to ask?
