I reached diamond3 but currently struggling to reach ascendant, I mostly main initiator agents like skye and breach and I mostly grinded all the way here with only being the mvp a couple of times, I usually average atleast 10-15 kills a game but now that I'm struggling to win anymore, should I stop and focus on more hero plays rather than assisting my team? You know get that mvp and such, because if I'm not mvp the minus on my rr is huge even though I make the plays for us
