Is marshall lights a good 2nd round buy for Jett?

Ive always bought marshall, full util and lights after winning pistol rounds on Jett. Ive seen people say its bad and you should full buy (spectre heavy) and some say that its fine. Then 3rd round id just buy full armor and any util i used.

which skin line would you want a 2.0 version of?

I personally want an infantry 2.0. Really love the looks especially with the ares and operator. Hope they add 2.0 version soon to add infrantry skins to the vandal/phantom!
