Is a new Client coming? (Leak? from German official Riot Page)

I was searching on the official Riot Valorant page and noticed this news on the german one: https://i.imgur.com/YzunJno.png

It links here: https://www.riotgames.com/de/neuigkeiten/neuer-riot-client-demnachst-verfugbar (which currently does not work)

The news is not on the english riot page, only on the german one.

Are we getting a new client and is it only the Riot client or the actual Valorant client?

Is is worth playing valorant if I constantly get mad at the game?

I have fun sometimes but only when I am winning but that happens very few times so I am struggling to decide if it is even worth playing anymore.
