What's the point of it? It seems to be implemented for bragging rights but is certainly used for the exact opposite.

I'm already hearing stuff like, "omg that dude plays way too much."

It won't be long before it's used as a metric to shit talk players. E.G. "omg you're level 200 and i'm only 30 and still out fragging you." There seems to be a serious lack of foresight on this one.

Please remove it or allow others to make it private. Shit's going to get toxic real fast.
