Reported a player for throwing, got this when I logged in today. I thought they only penalized people for text chat abuse and cheating. What does sabotage penalty do?

Easy breeze viper lineups, all using just your crosshair, with caption explanations and a bonus swag molly for each site.
Viper is crazy daunting for most newcomers, and I find it really annoying to have to try and remember which part of my HUD is supposed to lineup with what dot on which windchime, so I made these lineups on breeze.
