I recently ranked up to Ascendant, but my main playstyle is hardcore Odin on defense and a bit of mix up for offense.

I seem to piss off a lot of people, so clearly I’m doing something right. I don’t get nearly as much hate as OP crutches (they’re constantly harassed in my games)

But enemies think that I got to Ascendant only because I used Odin, and yet when they tried to use Odin against me they were helpless and confused.

Friends ask me how I’m so consistent with Odin’s high fire rate, but that comes with a sacrifice of not having a proper recoil control for Phantom and Vandal.

If I got such a free ticket to Ascendant with Odin and some Phantom, can’t everyone else just do the same (if they were desperate?)

idk, just a random thought while laying in bed. I’m a fully functional Ascendant player with Phantom/Vandal, but on maps like Pearl and Lotus, my very specific playstyle fits the gun very well. My teammates always want me to play Odin, so why not?

context: I play Omen/Viper with Phoenix as my backup. I started learning Sova recently too, as he’s great with the Odin.
