Say you're the last guy to pick and no one else picks smokes, and you are not good at playing smokes for that map. Should you still pick an agent with smokes, or go with the agents you are more comfortable with?
Which option generally brings more success?

The key is positivity. Bring people up, not down. If someone is toxic to you, don't spread it. Either ignore, or be even more positive. Try to regularly compliment teammates (and even enemies) after winning rounds or nice shots. Don't troll...
